كشف مصريون يعملون في مجازر “الذبح الحلال” بنيوزلندا في رسالة تلقتها “المصريون” عن مخالفات شرعية صارخة تشوب عمليات الذبح، تتناقض مع الادعاءات بأن اللحوم التي يتم تصديرها إلى مصر ودول إسلامية يجرى ذبحها وفق الشريعة الإسلامية، وتكشف عن تصدير لحوم لحيوانات “ميتة” بعلم من السلطات الرقابية.
وروى أصحاب الرسالة الذين وصفوا أنفسهم بأنهم أصحاب خبرة عريضة في مجال الذبح ومراقبة “الحلال” من خلال المؤسسات المكلفة بذلك، تفاصيل عمليات الذبح والمخالفات التي تغض المؤسسات الرقابية الطرف عنها في مذابح “الذبح الحلال”، رغم إبلاغها مرارًا بهذا الأمر، لكنهم لم يجدوا منها أدنى اهتمام.
وهو ما دفعهم إلى تدشين حملة للتصدي لتلك المخالفات لتحذير المسلمين من تناول تلك اللحوم “الفاسدة”، وقاموا بإطلاق الموقع الإلكتروني “www.unstunnedhalal.com”، الذي يحوي تفاصيل مهمة تتعلق بالمخالفات الشرعية والصحية في عمليات الذبح.
وتتم عملية الذبح من خلال استعمال الصاعق الكهربائي، بترخيص من المؤسسات المانحة لرخص “الحلال”، وهي آلة يمرر الحيوان من خلالها فتصعقه كهربائيا، وتؤدي إلى مصرعه في الحال، أو تعرضه للإغماء، وهو ما يلقي بشبهة التحريم على أكلها، إذ أنه حتى في حال تعرض الحيوان للإغماء يصاب أثناء عملية الصعق بانفجار للأوعية الدموية، ينتج تجمد وتجلط الدم داخل الحيوان.
ومن نماذج المخالفات التي يكشفها موجهو الرسالة، أنه يتم تمرير ذبائح “حلال” لحيوانات غير مستوفاة للشروط الشرعية أو حتى الصحية، إذ أن منها ما هو ميت، وأخرى لا ينزل منها الدم أصلا، أو يتحول دمها للون الأسود بفعل الصعق، أو تنزف من الفم والأنف نتيجة الصعق، إلى جانب حيوانات محروقة الرأس ينبعث الدخان من مخها.
وأكدوا أن ما يزيد الأمر خطورة وتعقيدا هو سكوت الجهات المكلفة منح رخص “الحلال” عن هذا الأمر، وتواطئها مع شركات الذبح المحلية، وإهمال مئات الشكاوى حول حالة الذبح ووقائع تمس الجزارين ودينهم ومدى أحقيتهم بالذبيح، وطرد العشرات منهم، نتيجة اعتراضهم على هذا التواطؤ.
كما أن عملية نقل اللحوم “الحلال” إلى غرف التقطيع والتغاضي لا تخضع لأية رقابة، وهو ما يسمح بخلطها بـ “غير الحلال”، فضلا عن عدم الاستجابة لطلبات بعض الجزارين بالكشف عن حال اللحوم غير الحلال والإصرار على اعتبارها حلالا.
إلى جانب ذلك، أشاروا إلى أن الجزارين الجدد لا يخضعون التدريب اللازم للقيام بعملية الذبح، مثل سن السكين، والتكبير والبسملة، وأيضا عدم إعطاء تدريب لمراقبي الحلال الجدد، وعدم الأخذ بتقاريرهم التي تدين شركات الذبح.
فضلا عن أن عملية اختيار القائمين على الذبح تقوم على اختيار أناس لا يقيمون الصلاة، ولا يجدون حرجا من الجهر بها كالأكل في رمضان والزنا وشرب الخمر والقمار وتعاطى المخدرات، كما تقول الرسالة.

Please allow me to make this important reminder and request at this critical time and when a lot of activities and meetings are going on now behind the doors in order to undermine and stop our PROPHETIC/RELIGIOUS METHOD OF SLAUGHTER:
Please remember that it is very important that we all try our best to keep the present law:
MUSLIMS AND JEWS ARE ALLOWED TO SLAUGHTER THEIR ANIMALS WITHOUT ANY STUNNING(exemption from stunning)
Please be aware of the game and the blackmails propagated more lately by few “muslim” businessmen in order to undermine our true prophetic and Islamic method of slaughter,only for profits and financial reasons, when they said:
The meat is considered halal as long as the stunned animal is alive after stunning,some Muslims are pushing for that now to our surprise?
This is very serious and is damaging to our Halal cause and unfortunately many Ulamas have been fooled and fell in the trap when they accepted stunning as long as the animal did not die or is alive after????
They have forgotten all other haram,health hazards and animal cruelty as a result of stunning as prooved by many scientific medical researches:
-Any stunning used causes pain(EEG studies) and is cruel to the animal ,who is unable to talk and complaint…inflicting pain and cruelty to any animal is not allowed in Islam.
-Weakening the heart which has to pump most blood outside
and causing minutes haemorrhages inside the meat(Salt and Pepper haemorrhage) which does make the blood clot inside the meat and does not go out at all(rotten meat after).
Any amount of blood is haram to consume in Islam and is very big health hazard.
-Changing and disrupting the natural healthy Tayyib ingredients of the meat..thus making the meat unhealthy and not tayyib and harmful to health.
-Most important:the deprivation of the animal who is made unconscious from HEARING TASMIAH(Bismillah ALLAH AKBAR) which has prooven scientifically and medically by about 25 top doctors and scientists in Damascus Universities in Syria to:
cause SEDATION to the animal(as well as the slaughterman) and TO PURIFY AND HEAL the animal from any blood or bacteria.
(if any one want I have DVD to send on that ).
-Also, it has been prooved that it is very DIFFICULT to MONITOR every animal slaughtered especially poultry with 12 000/hour or more to slaughter, and to be sure that the animal did not die as a result of stunning???
Muslims today are unfortunately eating a lot of so called ?halal chicken/meat which die before the slaughter or Zabiha.
-Many States in the US has banned the stunning of the cow because of the risk of causing BSE/Mad cow disease?
-Etc…
Finally,let us all remember that our beloved prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) the teacher to all and the mercy to man and animal,has clearly declared WAR in a clear Authentic Hadith(TO FIGHT) on any one WHO DOES NOT SLAUGHTER THE ANIMAL as he did.
Remember also the official Muslim view in Brirain:
MUSLIMS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF STUNNING IN THEIR ZABIHA..
it is amazing and surprising that (the Jews )follow prophet Moses in their animal slaughter(without any stunning) better than many Muslims?.
MAY ALLAH GUIDE US ALL to FOLLOW our beloved prophet Muhammad,peace be upon him,in all his actions and behaviour ..ameen
